Therapy can be a beautiful and life-changing experience. It can challenge us, scare us, bring awareness and shine light on who we are in the world. It can help us find out who we strive to be. I have a great level of respect and compassion for each of my clients. I value your cultural and spiritual background. I know from personal experience how daunting it can feel to open up to a stranger and get to work on personal issues. With me you can expect each session to be a respectful and collaborative experience. My focus is to create a safe and supportive environment where you are empowered to heal, grow and transform.
Children, adolescents, families, couples and veterans. Integrative and holistic interventions including play therapy and animal-assisted therapy.
We all will have challenges and times of stress. It makes a huge difference to have a trusted advisor to guide and support you. I am ready to be that support and help you on your journey to greater health and stability. By listening carefully to my clients I can help identify fears, process wounds, and overcome obstacles. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges and give you coping skills that promote healing.
