I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as the source of healing. It requires the risk of being your authentic and genuine self, and so I commit myself to being that when conducting therapy. I use a combination of empirically proven treatment and develop a new unique approach with every person I meet with. Whether you are being challenged by depression, relationship issues, anxiety, or trauma, I believe that therapy can help in understanding and confronting the barriers to resolving these struggles. I have a caring and non-judgmental approach, although I challenge my patients to overcome “stuck” points. If you are committed to at least trying to make a change, I am committed to helping you in that process.
