Jon takes a highly personalized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. He integrates proven, evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance emotional regulation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you embrace life’s challenges while staying true to your values.
Jon specializes in two key areas:
- Couples Therapy – Strengthening and enriching relationships using the renowned Gottman Method to improve communication, trust, and connection. Jon is Level 1 certified in the Gottman Method.
- Insomnia Treatment – Utilizing science-backed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you break free from restless nights and regain restful, restorative sleep. Jon has completed intensive training and certification in CBT-I.
