Noshin Rohani, LMFT

With over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and groups through a wide range of life challenges. My background includes providing crisis intervention, triage, assessments, and therapy for clients navigating both mental health and dual diagnosis issues.

Throughout my career, I’ve been inspired by the courage and progress of my clients as they work toward their goals. Seeing individuals gain confidence and develop the tools to address their challenges is the most rewarding part of my work. I approach each therapeutic relationship with deep respect for every person’s uniqueness and inherent competence, recognizing the strength that lies within each individual’s journey.

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and meditation practices, and a holistic perspective that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I believe therapy works best when it empowers clients to take an active role in their healing and growth.
