Noshin Rohani, LMFT
With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, Noshin Rohani brings extensive expertise in crisis intervention, triage, assessments, and providing individual, couples, and group therapy for those navigating mental health and dual diagnosis challenges. Guided by a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual and a strong belief in every person’s innate competency, She finds the greatest reward in seeing clients progress toward their goals and gain confidence in addressing life’s challenges.
In clinical practice, Noshin primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and meditation practices, and a holistic approach to mental health. She is especially effective in working with motivated clients who are ready to actively engage in their healing process. To support growth and resilience, Roshin often recommends resources such as Feeling Good by David Burns and The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk.
