I have been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for over five years and have had the privilege of supporting incredible clients and families as they grow and reach their goals. My background includes CPR and First Aid certifications, which help ensure safety and care are always prioritized. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for creating fun, engaging sessions that connect with each client’s unique interests and learning style.

What excites me most about my work is witnessing clients gain confidence and independence—seeing their hard work turn into real-world success is deeply rewarding. My favorite part of being an RBT is finding creative ways to make sessions meaningful and enjoyable, especially when a client lights up because they feel understood and supported.

I’m guided by the values of compassion, patience, and understanding, always meeting clients where they are and celebrating every step of progress along the way.

Outside of work, I love puzzles, escape rooms, and trying new activities. I enjoy problem-solving and bringing creativity and fun into everything I do—whether it’s during a therapy session or in my free time. One thing I hope clients and colleagues know about me is that I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, capable, and proud of their accomplishments.

A quote that inspires me is:

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” – Theodore Roosevelt
